Reset On Eject Mixup. Options

I need to understand how the reset on eject fix works.

I have an xbox that freezes on the flubber. When you hit the eject it jumps to the X screen then loads the dashboard.

I had to but the chip in another xbox and the TSOP is toast.

I have a chip but can't seem to get the proper bios.

Now when it freezes I hit eject and then the xbox restarts.

So my question is what bios should I use and should it be set with a bios tool.
