i saw this products

http://www.sorenaaroe.com/xbox360/sata_mod/

and this

http://www.diygadget.com/store/xbox-360-ad...-2/prod_27.html

now, i can get same dvd xbox 360 and flash it to work with my unit. It will be to play backups, and will be sitting outside.

is there a way i can have both dvd. meaning adding a switch to power off the orginal dvd inside the xobx360 and on for the 2nd dvd .

This will allow me to play backup games on 2nd dvd, and turned off and have the orginal to play online.

need advice to find how to rewire the 2nd drive and have the 1st one to turnoff and on with power switch.

just don't sign into live when you get an update and go online to see if people are banned, i could help you thoe if ya wants

maby doing four external plugs. 2 for sata and 2 for power and doing the same thing that the guy did but you will need the female (i think) end of the power plug.. (the plug on your mobo)

the easy way would be havening 2 external dvd drives ph34r.gif lol but cerialy it would be very hard to do your idea, wait tell some more knowedible people get on later for more complex ideas tongue.gif

I thought the 360 stored info of when you've used backups in flash memory as people who's used backups just not online got banned. So im guessing the same thing would still happen to you.

Correct, so doing this would be pointless. Either flash the drive with iXtreme 1.2 or don't flash it at all.
