What exactly do i need to cancel my xbox live account if i call, i am using my moms credit card

Just call them, and tell them that you want to cancel your account. you might have to know the last 4 digits of your moms CC though, and a little bit more information (like name on card address, etc.)

I was able to do it through the xbox dashboard. I just called them to make sure they cancelled it, and it was all good.
