Sup guys, what are the requirements someone needs to be able to know how to hack and program consoles? Does someone need a degree in Electrical Engineering? Computer Science? Alot of Math? Or just plain experience in Electronics and knowing how to Program? I want to know what it takes for those guys to get around these sorts of things and how much time they put on it thxs. Do they have groups? Does anyone work alone or what? Anyone?

wow yikes that most likely means in order to hack consoles you need like a group lol. So there is no such thing as doing it by yourself correct?

not necessarily, many people have the knowledge and capacity to do it by one's self, but they lack the time and devotion to do it

Well, why don't you get whatever you want to?

By the time you get any majors in anything, the 360 will be hacked already.

I dont really care about the xbox 360 right now, I just want to get started so that I can hack any electrical devices and make myself a millionaire wink.gif Im hungry for knowledge but I FU***ing hate working to pay rent, that is whats killing me. I know i can become good at it, if i can just get a job that pays me high enough to pay for rent some food and some devices to start becoming evil wink.gif

Will a bachelors in EE and CS be good enough? Through the process I will be learning C and
C++. I hope i dont need a masters on them lol.

You don't even need a degree....a degree is only a piece of paper...you need knowledge....which can be almost free and easily obtained without the need of any university. I graduated in Chemical Engineering and there were complete morons that just got by, but had no idea how to apply their limited knowledge. It's all about what you want to learn about, how much knowledge you obtain, and what you do with that knowledge. Don't whine about rent....everyone has to pay for living expenses...and almost everybody has to work for it.

but quick question, the things u learn through school while trying to earn a degree cannot be taught to anyone without knowing calculus and some science right? for example circuitry, or a motherboard from a computer or remote control car, in order to design and know how that stuff works wouldnt u need to learn calculus and physics taught in universities?

Quick question, the things u learn through school while trying to earn a degree cannot be taught to anyone without knowing calculus and some science right? for example learning circuitry, or how things flow through a motherboard from a computer or remote control car, desgining electrical devices like chips etc. Wouldnt u need to learn calculus and physics taught in universities?

Anything that can be taught to you can be learned by yourself. I know a lot about electricity, plumbing, engines, suspensions, exhaust systems, drywall, internet, networking, etc....and I learned it all by myself...with the help of books and the internet.
