Well, this TV here http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4288241 is on sale at my local Circuit City.
Would this TV work well with the Xbox 360?
Will it display 720p and 1080i for the Xbox 360?
How will a wide-screen TV look like when displaying something from the 360? Would the games fill the entire wide-screen. Moreover, would cable from Cablevision fill-up the entire screen?
Thanks.

Do not buy an LCD TV for gaming. Pixel refresh rate is horrible and it will look unclean during motion scenes.

Go with Plasma or DLP.

Exactly my point. Plasma and DLP refresh rates are under 5 for the most part.

16ms is very, very noticeable. You will get motion blur.

I looked up some Plasmas and DLPs and I couldn't find anything under 16ms.

Samsung lcd's have an 8ms usually and they have DNie which helps reduce motion blur.
