As already mentioned, there's no way on earth that MS would change the fault diagnostics pattern. It's hard enough to communicate with the Service Centre as it is (if you know what I mean... )

I think when I lived in manhattan I once threw a new in a bag out like a 5 story window and it was still ticking...(was trying to toss it to a bud who dropped it....) but now i can't frigging power up a falcon without being worried! This is such a frigging mess. Someone needs to sue these guys......
