Another question.. If i purchase a samsung dvd drive currently i used Xecuter connectivity kit to get my hitachi into mode B so i can flash it, does this work with the samsung as well or will it be harder to get it into mode B?

Out of hitachi or samsung which is better i understand samsung can read more media but will it get FW Stealth in the futuer.

Is samsung easy to flash(No wire cutting or modding)?

You should probably read alot more if you do not know how to mod a samsung yet.

it is easier in my opinion..

anyway a good place to get one etech4sale.com look under toshiba not samsung for xbox 360 drives.

I got a ms25 from them WITH chrome tray plate and eject button

95$

103 shipped.

you can use the connectivity kit just to power the drive without using the xbox 360's power and it safer cuss you dont need croc clicks i did it with the connectivity kit just for the power from the pc
