Has anyone got Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Street Fighter Third Strike or Red Earth working on Final Burn Legends 1.11? These games are listed in the compatible roms list but I cannot get them to work. I've tried multiple versions. I read online that these are CPS3 games, so they can't be played on FBL. But then why are they listed on the list that came with the emulator?

those game do not work on fbl,the only to play them is with the cps3 emu for xbox called cpx3 1.0a.

CPS3 games need VMM work done and speedup hacks to be at all playable on a standard xbox in FBL
the reason they are on the supported games list is FBL is also available for your PC and i assume
they would be playable on a PC

as xyteam said you can use CPX3 to play cps3 games on your xbox
also coinops will play these as well

Xbox Version: v1.6
360 version: v5.0 (360S - trinity)
cpx3 is the only emu that can play cps3 games w/o any hardware modification to the xbox.
