Thank you for any and all help provided,

I didn't jtag my 360 and I was looking into updating to freeboot. I read a tut and it says I need my original nand but I don't have it? Can I still update to freeboot? I only have the xexmenu on my system?

get flash360 and put it on a flash drive and run it from xexmenu to dump your nand
boot up to xell and get your cpu key then download jtag tool in the advanced tools you can convert xbr to original I then use freeboot tollbox to make my new updflash.bin

you boot with the dvd eject have a camera ready and take a pic of fuseset 03,04,05,06
your cpu key is 03 & 05 or 04 & 06
fyi 03 & 04 are the same and 05 & 06 are the same

What pink1 is saying boot up the console by pushing the eject button, not the power or the guide button, you should get a blue screen displaying post data.

Thank you very much for assisting me,

Ok so I could not see the blue screen when boot with the eject button using HDMI? I changed the cable and then I was able to see the screne. I wrote down the lines like instructed I have a 2 questions thou? At the bottom of the screne it said "your cpu key" and "your dvd key" the cpu key is the same as the one I wrote down but it has "caps" instead of lower case does this make a differeance? And second is there an atvantage if I stay at 8955 instaed of going up to 9199 ?
