I used this tool to create an 8.5gb dummy file to burn to a DVD+R DL disk. This game me a big TOC to use with wxRipper.

Saves keeping original DVDs lying around blink.gif

Quick question: I guess you selected a filesize of 8152mb, random content and then saved as <filename>.iso?

I'm kinda in the dark here because I'm unfamiliar with this isobuilder method (and i haven't had my box since the release), i have a theory but i'm not sure, so this is to create a dummy the size of the game to replace the 253mb file in Isobuilder?, If not What is the purpose of this tool?

using wxRipper method you hotswap a large dvd with an xbox game. You need a LARGE (8GB )disc for the swap.

Why would you even need this tool. If you want to burn an 8.5 gig disc to use with wxripper, I'm sure you could find random files on your hdd to fill up the disc and achieve the same thing. I asked this in another thread but did not get a response. I don't believe it will work because even though wxripper says to use a movie or data disc over 8 gigs. I beileve it has to be a pressed disc and cannot be a recorded disc although I'm not totaly sure about that. If anyone has more info on this, please share.

I believe this because I think if that was possible then gael360 (the creator of wxripper) would have just instructed everyone to burn a large disc with a large toc instead of having them go on a wild goose chase for large movies. I wish he would have been more clear about all this in his instructions.
