yeah, that is what i meant. i typically only do down strokes (easier to keep rhythm that way. on songs like miserlou, six, and beast and the harlot on expert though, i just alternate strum on the really fast parts and it makes a world of differance

jordan really only has one tough part, but its a bitch. where the solo starts (i think somewhere around 35%) up to the blue note of freedom (roughly 58%) is just undoable. after that it has an easy section where you can get your star power back, and the rest of the song you won't need star power to survive anyways. (says someone who plays it on training mode, i haven't beaten the hard part yet)

OK seriously...
I have beat every song on every difficulty.. the entire game.
But I cannot for the life of me, beat Free Bird on Expert!
Guitar Solo's I & J (I think) are the ones that are killing.
I can completely kick ass on the rest of the song..
But I just lose pace on those long repetitive solos!!!!
It goes (Blue Yellow Red Orange) x 89432748923
And throughout the entire thing even in practice mode I only get a few of them here and there where I hit all 4 notes..
mostly it hits one or two on each section of 4...
I can't pick up my pinky and ring fingers quick enough for the 3rd and 4th note to count!
AGH!

It's driving me INSANE! because I can beat any other song on Expert on the first try every time..
But I can't get past that damn part on Free Bird..
and it sucks that unless you use practice mode, you have to play for 6 minutes just to get to that damn part to lose again...

Six is easy if you get the intro down.

Jordans still near impossible.

And i don't feel like playing the whole freebird intro to lose at the end.
