You do it the same way as an Xbox 1, just edit the network settings in NXE dashboard.

360 version: v4.0 (jasper)
You do this via an FTP program like Filezilla. Then you type in the 360's IP address into the program and use port 21. Make sure your 360 ethernet is plugged into the computer/router. Then click connect.
