Is this possible?

If not is there any program to make the old one (the X2.4976) a bit different (ex. flubber off or something like that)?

No, It is not possible.

Matrix can only hold 256kb Bioses and the X25035 minimum size is 512Kb.

The next "best" (At least for me) Bios for the matrix is the X24981/X24983, but I preffer the 4981 because you can customize some of his options thru Xbox tool.

Now, I am assuming you have a 1.0 or 1.1 Xbox since you have a Matrix, So you can flash your TSOP with the X25035, add a switch and have the best of both worlds (A better Bios than the matrix can hold without loosing the ability to go to live).

I just did that on my 1.1 Xbox and it works great.
