Avalaunch Dash Isn't Running Anymore!, Xbox goes to the classic dashboard. Options

Well, I have a hardmodded xbox that runs on Avalaunch (got this done for me a long time ago by some dude) and it's worked completely fine until today. For some reason, the Avalaunch dashboard won't turn up anymore.

Everytime I power on the xbox, instead of running xecuter2 and going to the Avalaunch dash like usual, it goes to the classic xbox dashboard without running Avalaunch at all, and so far, I've found no solution to this.

Not sure if this may have caused the problem: I accidentally first powered on the xbox without the component cables, causing the LED to blink yellow (indicating my cables werent connected, i know that). After connecting it normally and powering it up again, this is where my problem began.

I just need to know how I can boot up my Avalaunch dash again.
I can't contact the guy who hardmodded the xbox for me, and I'm hoping I don't have to re-mod it or anything.

Please help! Really missing my emulators.

yo say hard modded but is it chipped or tsop flashed?
if it is chiped is the chip still enabled or on the correct bank selection..

sounds like the chip is dissabled.
