alright first mod i tried was wiring leds into my xbox. i was an idiot and wired them to my fan and wired crossed and i shorted it out.to fix the part of that i got a talismoon fan so i could run my xbox again.but its stuck on turbo, and turbos loud. on the bottum of the board theres a black chip right underneath the fan power supply thats the one thats fried. am i going to have to replace the chip or can i solder 12v from underneath to the supply

im running a 08 falcon motherboard
