Hey All,

I have 2 questions.
I have sucessfully installed Krayzie's Ndure Installer & wanted to know how I could change the default Dashboard. (not with alt dash option, just change default from EvoX to XBMC

Also I was wondering, how do the linux distros install? Would it dump an .xbe into the apps folder if I wanted? I wanted to know if I could use say Xebian, and install it into the apps folder, and launch it via apps menu etc.

Any / All help is appreciated.

i don't use Ndure but if its like krayzie's UXE installer, there should be a folder inside your E: drive named 'dashboard'. inside that folder should be a default.xbe and an evox.ini. delete those two files and replace those with the default.xbe from XBMC and the rest of the files and folders that are necessary to load the program.

From the ReadMe:
You can replace the dashboard to any dash you like by replacing the files in the E:\dashboard folder. Make sure its xbe is
named default.xbe. In case this goes wrong it will boot to the installer's menu instead. In case that isn't present also it
will boot to a rescue dashboard located on the real C (thus hidden). In this dashboard you have very limited options.
(only a launch disc and settings options to adjust ftp settings).

I always do read the readme files & as much info as I can, I just got a little mixed up.

My concern was removing dashboard files while the dashboard was running.
I overlooked the obvious; running another dashboard - then - removing the one in the \dashboard\ folder ... Just an oversight, my apologies.
