Hi boys smile.gif

I want to change the HDD of my xploited Xbox to another bigger one.
I have the EEPROM.BIN file in my PC.

If I am not mistaken, I only need the program to format/lock the HDD and the NDURE installer.

Anyone knows where to download the latest versions of both of them? wink.gif

Thanks!!!

How is your Xbox modded? If it's chipped or flashed then you don't need xboxhdm, you can build the new disk easily in your Xbox.

If it's softmodded then you can use xboxhdm (1.9 if your PC has two IDE ports on the motherboard, 2.2 if you only have one IDE port), or lxhdm, or chimp 2618.

HeXEn (Google Heimdall's Xbox Engineering Disk, burn to DVD-R at 4x or slower) will build a new chipped/flashed disk for you, and also has an lxhdm implementation to build a new disk on a softmodded Xbox.

You won't get a link to HeXEn or Kingroach NDURE 3.1 here, because it's against the rules. xboxhdm 2.2 is here. xboxhdm 1.9 is easy to find via Google. smile.gif

I "softmodded" my xbox several years ago (maybe four)

I have an old desktop PC with 2 IDE ports, so I will use xboxhdm 1.9

2.2 is an improved version or only a capable version for run with only one IDE port??

In the other hand, I remember that once installed the HDD in the Xbox, you need to re-format the partitions. is that true?

You need to reformat the F/G partitions of they are larger than 256GB.

Yes, xboxhdm2.2 is almost identical to xboxhdm1.9, but works with only one IDE port, and has been tidied up. xboxhdm 1.9 will do what you want - as will HeXEn/lxhdm!
