miggidy..

You left out "Meet the Feebles" <~ first film by Jackson that I saw. Thats a crazy movie.. muppets vs crack.

He is an ok director, but no Kubrick. I like that one guy too. I can't think of his name. He directed "From Dusk til Dawn" and "Sin City".

And as far as him dissing the Ea games for his movies, I didnt think they were that bad. They just werent too good. But I agree... EA sucks

That sounds kind of lame.... half the point of the HUD in games is to provide back senses you have in real life that you loose when in a game.

I should know how many clips/grenades I  have in my pocket, or be able to feel how much blood I've lost... I can do that in real life, you can't "sense" any of that in a video game which is why we have HUDs... removing it would be like me getting lost in the woods and then saying "oh what the hell, I'll cut of my left hand and blindfold myself"
*

Put it in this way... A dinosaur swings his tail at you and and hits you, do you expect to surivive??? Big evil enemies... its just making it more realistic... I'm pretty sure you don't need to check your health if you just became someone's snack....

EDIT: I just noticed those spell links in your sig... which one do you think is better? (For Twisted)

Peter Jackson also told EA, sorry but you're not making my games any more and went ahead and asked the dudes who made Beyond Good and Evil (he had been enjoying playing it, as he does play videogames) to make King Kong.

They're for two different browsers... One is for Internet Explorer, the other is for Mozilla based browsers (Firefox, etc.). It's not a matter of which is better but which browser you use rolleyes.gif

Haha.... I thought about that one. The movie's a trip.
I wonder what the general public would say if they ever saw any of Jackson's early work laugh.gif

Robert Rodriguez is one of my favorite directors for his over the top violence in flicks. He's a lot like Quinton Tarantino in that regard. They're actually good friends and as you know, they've worked together in many films.

I can't wait to finally watch Sin City when it comes out on DVD next week!

RR and QT did a great job on From Dusk til Dawn. They work together well.

The funny thing about RR is while he does all those super violent movies, he is also behind "Spy Kids" and "Shark Boy and Lava Girl". ohmy.gif

Holy shit you haven't seen that yet! I saw it at my local cinema-pub... an instant favorite for me... it was just perfectly done. It's also a release title for HD-DVD and probably THE reason I'll be getting an HD-DVD player when they come out beerchug.gif
