I've looked all over and I can't find if it's possible to change the video that plays when you start up the xbox? I've watched the one that plays when you turn it on enough already wink.gif

I know that you can change the colors and have a different animation (so it doesn't do the exact same thing over and over). Other than that...I don't know.

What modchip are you using? If the X3 that means in the X3 Config Live(OS) menu go to custumize flubber animation and from there you can do all sorts of things.

you can also control using the Latest X2 BIOS.(X2 5035 i think) but this method takes longer. You must go into the INI settings.

you can disable the animation entirely then use unleashx to have a custom intro video
