I'll admit, it shouldn't be their highest priority by any means, but I think enough people have answered yes here to show that at least a few people would like it as a feature. There are bigger things to tackle right now though, I'm sure.

Man this isn't the most important thing ever, It would be extra slick, but not the most realtive feature I can think of. Either way Keep up the good work team UIX

There was talk of UIX having x3 support for the bios i think, but i was not too sure on the LCD screen. Best to just wait and see what the dash has coming for all of us.
But personally i dont really care, my xbox doesent have many bells and whistles, simple modchip with a new HDD. Few LED's here and there, Dead TSOP, thats about the extent of it.

mint! yeah i say add it! I know for a fact many people I've moded for would like the support. Since they all use x3 and want the lcd or have it, just makes sense. Plus they've all seen my UIX dash, and run it as one of there main dashboards.
To back that up. the Xbox dash is mainly where these people and even I have saved most of my music cd backups and to add this function into UIX to play the st.db file out on a lcd or something would kick ass!.
Im still waiting for a release of this dash.. when can we see something?

Pretty much redundant asking for new features when there'll never be a new version, right? The only thing to expect is an announcement once the 360 gets modded is that "We have decided to switch our programming efforts to the 360"
