I have a few pictures i would like to use for skins but they are .bmp files and my skinning programs wont use them. Can I change them so they will work or can I use a different program? Thanks

You asked "Can I change them...", so I thought that was what you were asking.

Anyway, download GTK+ 2 Runtime Environment and The GIMP for Windows from here. Install both. Open the .bmp's in The GIMP. Save them as .jpg's. That's it.
