Shouldn't need the lot number if you have your xbox opened up...just look on the drive lid. It would not be worth it to guess because if you got the wrong drive, you're out 60 bucks.

Drive lid says DG-164DS Lite On.

Then that's what you need. Just get a new one and swap the PCBs, should work fine.
