Well its been a while since I used XBMC. So I decided to upgrade to the latest version (which is pretty sexy btw)
And I use to customize the crap out of it, but since I haven't done it in a while I kinda forget how to do it. So can anyone point me towards some tutorials? The main thing I'm trying to do is Rename the Buttons on the main page to like Movies, T.V. Shows etc. And then change the path that they go to so it defaults to a shared folder. I took a glance around the forums but I didn't see anything about this. Thanks for the help. smile.gif

No need to edit the xml file anymore. The white button is your friend.

okay, that fixed a little a bit of it. But I would also like to rename the the Buttons on the main page, and allow for the picture icon to look for movies

I'm not sure, but you might be able to modify something in guisettings.xml to get what you want there. Guisettings.xml is in the UserData folder.

Back it up first!
