Xbox-Scene is not responsible for any transactions, or any actions of it's members in this forum whatsoever!

Anyone choosing to conduct any sort of transaction with another member on XS does so at their own risk and expense.

As individuals, you need to take responsibility for your own actions, and you need to take responsibility for the fact you are dealing with strangers on the internet. Xbox-Scene is not a professional Sales service.. and is provided free and without any kind of warranty. We also will not ban people because you claim they ripped you off. Do NOT send the the "evidence" as we simply do not have the time, manpower, or will to follow through on your complaints. We have no intention of mediating any more disputes.

If you are ripped off, the only thing you are allowed to do on XS is to report it in the thread of the seller/buyer/trader ONCE. Alternatively you can make a note in your signature stating your grievance with the user. What you cannot do is spam other XS forums with your complaints. Do not make threads complaining about transaction that have gone bad. Do NOT contact staff complaining that a user has ripped you off. Do NOT make new threads in this or any other XS forum complaining about the "user" that ripped you off.

Xbox-Scene Does not recommend or endorse the use of the XS BST forums unless you are willing to take responsibility for your own actions, and you assume all risk. We do however recommend that people who wish to assume that risk should research the people they are dealing with, and alternatively search out and use professional Sales forums.(many of which offer the services and customer protection you keep asking us for here on XS but will NOT get here!)

People who continue to ignore the clearly posted rules and post complaints all over the place despite moderators and staff closing and moving them.. expect two things to happen.. the person complaining (and not necessarily the accused) will have their account closed, and that BST will get closed altogether. XS has already dedicated too much time and human resources to maintaining this area of the site. If it continues to be a problem we will close it.

Also.. do not ASK for any expansion of the BST type forums as we have no intention of adding forums to this area, or to expand the services provided.

Feel free to LIST your XBOX or XBOX item for Buy, Sell or Trade. others can feel free to offer any number of legal items (under the XS rules of course) or cash in trade. What people cannot do, is start new thread, and offer NON xbox items. Period. No new threads with people offering non-XBOX stuff.

UPDATE: Getestore and Similar “store” / commissioned pre-made store type concepts – No Commission Based Sales. Period. This is pretty much a BST and BST360 specific rule. Any products offered for sale should be in direct possession by the seller. From now on, and new post in any of the BST sales type forums on XS, must list the products and merchandise in their entirety in the post on XS, or don’t bother posting at all on our site. To be perfectly blunt, XS is not here for you to make money. XS sponsors are the only exception to this rule. The items listed in any sales thread or post on XS, must actually be in the possession of the person(s) listing it for sale or trade. Selling items for a 3rd party business via a commission based "Ready Made Internet Store" does not constitute owning the stock, and will result in a closure of the thread, and possibly the account. We want members to be directly accountable for any actions/tractions they conduct on our site.

UPDATE JAN 2007: Do not start threads asking "what can I get for 5$, 10$ etc" as staff will close them and make a ban req on your account. when making a new post, either Offer to sell a product, or trade a product. If you want to buy something.. go into an existing thread and make an offer on a product or service. DO NOT MAKE NEW THREADS ASKING WHAT YOU CAN GET FOR $5 bucks etc.

Do Not Ask, or Offer to buy, Sell or Trade GameFly Subscriptions. People wanting a subscription can get their own.
UPDATE: XS will not DELETE threads on demand. Even in light of the Raids on US shops. You can request it be removed/made invisible, however, we will keep it open for 30 days if you do so, allowing those you have serviced can comment, communicate, and / or complain or raise issues. We can make some requested edits though of info you posted, however, we will keep it on file. Note, deleting or removing your thread at this point is too little, too late. the authorities have that info already, and worse, every search engine and spider crawler on the net has it archived.

X-S Young Member Group: Members Posts: 44 Joined: 25-November 02 Member No.: 10458 Xbox Version: v1.0 360 version: v4.0 (jasper)	Up for sale are 3 RGH Xbox 360 Slim Special Edition consoles and one HALO 3 Phat console with ixtreme. First Console up for sale: 1. MW3 Trinity Console RGH. This console is practically brand new in mint condition. I bought it off a guy from eBay that said it was a store display. It was clean and looked like it never was used. Dash was not updated at all. This console has the rare Hitachi drive that cannot be modded as of yet. I modded this console with a DGX 1.0S (RGX mod). It boots within 5 glitches basically all the time. It includes one controller, A/V cables, and power supply. Asking $240 shipped, $205 without controller, $185 without power supply. 2. Star Wars Corona Console RGH. This console was a replacement from Microsoft. It was modded with a CR3 Lite from Xecuter and boots within 5 glitches most the time. It does have a few scratches on the faceplate, and part of the hard drive door has a few cracked vents (all documented in pictures). I do not have a hard drive for it. Asking $200 shipped with power supply, $180 without. 3. GOW3 Trinity Console RGH. This console is Xbox Live Banned. It has been used and does have a decent amount of surface scratches to the case. It has been modded with a CoolRunner Rev C. The dvd drive has not been modded in any way, but is a bit noisy. Asking $165 shipped. No hard drive or power supply is included. I will upload pics in the next day or so. 4. Halo 3 Phat console (Zephyr) with iXtreme flashed drive. I believe it to have an older iXtreme version flashed to a Lite On drive. It has the original x-clamps removed and never showed any signs of RROD. It does have some cosmetic damage (faceplate is cracked and front usb door is missing). The dash hasn't been updated in a while, basically because this console really has not had many hours of play on it from the beginning. It has the original 20GB hard drive, 205w power supply, component A/V cables, and a Halo controller is included. Asking $110 shipped. Send me a PM and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. The glossy black console is actually a MW3 Corona console that has a bad post solder point. I do not have the original case. I do have the nand dumps and the cpu key that I got through Xell by using a CR3 Lite and a post fix adapter. This console is not modded but can be. You will have to buy a modchip and a postfix adapter though. The console also had it's x-clamp system removed and is modded with a Hybrid xtreme uniclamp kit. It has the original Microsoft dashboard and is basically unmodded. The Glossy black case does have considerable amounts of scratches and scrapes. I am asking $125 shipped with power brick. Also I do have an extra power supply for the GOW3 console. So if you want the GOW 3 console with power supply, I am asking $185 shipped.
