Well like most of you I saw the news that this exploit was release and not in fact a hoax and I got excited. So I went off to find the files. After doing so I wanted to take a look at the default.xbe to see how it ticks. To my surprise none of the common xbe tools will accept this file. I tried dexbe, cxbe, xbetool.... It seems they do not like the PE header in the file! Has anyone else noticed this problem? Has anyone figured another way to disassemble this file? Or does a disassembled copy exist for me to find? (<--- I know that last one was a stretch, sorry)

Anyway I wanted to take a look at a dump of the xbe and I cannot seem to find an app that will accept the file as valid!!!

Any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks!!! biggrin.gif
