According to Ampednews, a recent issue of Famitsu featured an interview with Hiroshi Kobayashi, the producer of the Devil May Cry series. In this interview he revealed that despite earlier remarks about DMC4 being PS3 exclusive, he expects Dante to make his debut on the Xbox 360 and Revolution as well. This certianly sounds like good news, but rumor mill for now. (Thanks, Optaviusx)
even though i can care less for the series (went downhill since part 1 IMO) this would bring good name brand recognition to the 360. take it as you may but for now all rumor as the developers also previously made comments on the original DMC being on the xbox 1.

We have since had confirmation that the original article confirms Devl May Cry 4 as a Playstation3 exlcuisve, with no plans to take Dante onto the Xbox 360 or Nintendo Revolution. Sorry DMC fans...

teh sux...
I loved the first one. Unfortunately this series has not aged well. I was hoping a next-gen version would revitalize it... oh well, guess we'll see how the PS3 version fairs. Now how about that God of War... yeah, right.

Maybe Capcom will still dish some DMC love to the 360 eventually. I always keep some hope for stuff like that. Part 1 was awesome, 2 was horrible. Not because it was technically bad, it just wasn't DMC. Game was very short and easy, and had a zoomed out look so everything was quite small and undetailed compaired to the first game. If it would have been under another name aside from DMC, nobody would have said anything. Then part 3. Wow, this game was good. And I mean really good. Difficulty on par with Ninja Gaiden and just a really solid game overall in every aspect. I hope sometime that maybe we will see part 4 on xbox. C'mon Capcom, don't be stupid.

i saw part 3 on my brother's ps2, the cut scenes were really awsome but only because it was directed by the movie director Takashi Yamazaki(two of his movies were released in the states and were awsome, really cool eye for action angles) but the graphics were so horrible that it made my eyes hurt. is it just me or did that series look worse with each release?

I just went back and played a little of both 1&3 and the graphical drop off isn't that big when you are playing. It really seems to depend on what stages you are looking at for both games. Parts of DMC1 look pretty bad as do parts of DMC3. It's all relative. Although both of those look better than part 2. I still think that DMC3 is one of the best action games on PS2.
