Received my board yesterday, tried it out today and it boots up fine, Linux detects the RAM. Going to try it with Emulators & Linux this weekend so I'll post results, but I can already see that the hardware is very well done!

Firstly congratulation for this project, it seems a lot of persons are still in love of the first xbox and all its wonderfull abilities.

I would like to get my so loved love.gif xbox 1st generation be upgraded with higher cpu/mem.
Knowing I am living in France, Paris,
What is your suggestion :

What is the price in each case ?
If you send me a new MB, Does my current and original xbox case will fit it ?

Hi,

I sent you a PM about this, but just so others know as well, here you go:

To get it to fix, I had to cut off the two sides with a hacksaw and then use a dremel to fashion it to mimic Trusty's original heatsink design. Its not that hard, it just takes patience.
