why does the animation (not the graphics) on the current nba2k6 xbox version look twice as better than the ones on the x05 video of the 360 version? the xbox nba2k6 is fluid, the 360 animation is YUCK! im confused. please dont tell me they had to down the animation for the cloth physics. i am a 3d animator and aware of cloth simulations being costly (resource wise) in games. i also recall reading something about the lowering the animation for the cloth sim? but anyway checkout the difference? i know that the posted xbox 360 video quality isnt great, but ithe video appears to be running at 30fps. whats your take on this? also does anyone have any better in game footage of 2k6 for 360(and not the all "close up" trailers), actual in game play? if so can you provide a link. im just hoping the video is poorly encode and seriously messed up, from the positive hands on reviews , i guessing this is just a really bad video?
nba2k6 current gen xbox(smooth animation,very nice):

Having 2K6, I can say every animation seen in the 360 video's is 100% identical to the current Xbox version. No better, no worse.
What may be causing it to look different though, is the motion capture data not matching up properly with the new higher poly models or the fact that the higher, smoother frame rate on the 360 allows you to see the missing frames of animation.
Or it could just be that because it's now a smoother frame rate, you can see more clearly that the animation used is actually shit and VC don't know a thing about how real basketballers move. That's my bet.
