 Is My Chip Broken, Wont Turn on.... |

I took my chip out and my box works. I put chip in and made sure it was seated properly and it wont boot up. It turns on, off, on, off, and then on and a black screen.
Is my chip broken. I am using a xbit 1.5 solderless. Any suggestions?........ |

Don't make 2 topics on the same subject...ur just wasting space...also, triple check again and make sure u got it installed right...sounds like it's not seated right...if it is, then maybe ur chip is bad, stranger things have happened.

Sorry about the 2 topics thing. Im just pissed. I checked it like 10 times and nothing.
Is there a way to check the chip. I doubt it but I really dont want to have to buy another chip. |

I'm not terribly familiar with xbit mods...does it have leds that are supposed to light up on the chip when it's installed properly? check for that.

take an exato and spin the tip on all the points that the leggs tuch on the adapter, and that DO wire thingy.

There are no leds on the chip. How durable are these chips. Are they very breakable. Sometimes I am to wiggle it arround to make it work could i have broken it that way.
