I was just qwix'n a few games to the hdd over my home network. I have done this many times with out problems. I was using Avalaunch v0.49.3. It got to 40% and the transfer hung up (0k/s). I went to look at avaluanch and it was running properly, saying all the usual info and NOT locked up (i expected it to be)

I shut it off, and turned it back on ... and now it just frags.... says "loading xcecuter 2 live config... " and it fragging.... won't get past this point. I can't load a dvd or anything...

What happened??

Should I just redo the bios?

Thanks@!!!

I experienced the same thing. I used Qwix while running avalaunch and the transfer froze- I eventually shut off the xbox and when I turned it back on the hard drive did not respond. Since this was a soft mod I had to redo the whole mod only to realize that the hard drive was damaged. I RMA'd it and am getting a new one soon.
