I think a PNP channel Mosfet

Try Digikey. Run the numbers thru their parts search. You might find a the exact match or perfect replacement.

Plus there should be data sheets with what you find.

Let me ask you this:

Do you have the proper tools to remove and replace this Mosfet? A 25 watt soldering iron won't do the job.

You need a Hot air tool from a 2 in 1 soldering station. Don't even think about using a hardware heat gun

Checked 2 Falcons ... One has: ON semi (the manufacturer) J210G

the other: manufacturer - Fairchild - MJD210

Tell me if this helps

The Fairchild PNP transistor is available at Digikey. .... Digikey dot com

25 volt // 5 amp PNP

their catalog part number: MJD210TFCT-ND .... but mjd210 pulls it up in their search.

59 cents each. Order yourself 3 - just in case. Back ups are good

I've ordered from Digikey numerous times. Great prices, service, online tech chat that is fast, good prices on shipping

Mouser is good too. But Digikey - much better prices. More choices of cheaper shipping too.
