I flashed my chip and it looked like it took great. But now i have a red and green light flashing when i select bank 1 and on bank 2 i have the cromwel bios setup coming up. I have the xecuter 2.3b light +. Does anyone also know what i should set the bios to (256k, 512k, 1024k). Should I just use the second bank to flash to again. I did flash twice on the second bank. It still boots up on the flash bios screen.

What bios are you trying to flash? How did you size it? How did you flash it?

You need to resize an X2 bios (like the editable x2.4981 or non-editable x2.4983) to 512kb using X2 Bios Manager (get it from the X-S tools section).

BUT, if you have a v1.6 or 1.6b Xbox, you'll need to use a the proper flavor of the Evox M8Plus bios (again, resized to 512kb to fit the bios bank).

Edit: Ah, but if you really have the + version, the solderless version, then you obviously don't have a Xbox newer than v1.5... wink.gif
