Ok I have an opus xbox 360, that is now over heating. I'm not sure what the issue may be, I tried gluing tinfoil to the wind tunnel didn't solve the problem, think it might need more thermal grease on the gpu?

Most likely the heatgun fix wasnt applied properly. And there should not be to many thermal grease on the gpu/cpu. The less the better.

Losen the xclamp and check to see if the thermal paste is not dried out on the CPU.
Make sure the CPU xclamp is tightened with equal pressure and not too tight.

If you over tighened, then there is a potential of flexing the mobo and the paste will dry out after use.
