Hey Guys, just wanted to ask your opinion. I have a 27 inch toshiba flat screen and a 17 inch monitor and i preordered the 360. My tv is not high def, so I thought, what should I do, stick with my 27 inch non-hd or get a vga cable so I can connect my 360 to my monitor so I can get better graphics. Thanks in advance.

Does your TV have Component connections? I'd try that first seeing as you're getting Free cables. The games will still look good at 480i as long as youre using Component.

Im both a "graphics" and "picture size matters whore", so it's a tough call. I'd prolly go with the 27" tv honestly. If you get curious, get the VGA cable beerchug.gif Your eyes will be the judge, they shall not fail you.

well, i like Def's idea ... about having a really big screen .. you can't beat it ... one other thing to consider is your connections .. i mean with all the tv's out there always look on what kind of connections dose it have ... most tv's now, has the HD connectivity ...

480i is interlaced that every tv supports.

480i using Component video is better than 480i you get using S-Video, and a lot better than 480i you get using Composite video.

You need to get to the A/V forum here, or anywhere for that matter, and do some serious reading if you don't know what 480i is.
