Now I have it all working perfectly fine, but the Master Index quest breaks the story so i cant talk to caius cosades. Is there any way I can fix this through the construction set or some thing.

I could not edit, but I have read the guides and they didn't quite help or I couldn't find the info. I have been interested in modding morrowind for around a year or so, but I think it might be a little late. So I don't expect a response but I can hope, right.
