ok guys have u ever wonder how in the heck they are gona COOL this thing? look at what is in side of the x360 and such and then on top of that the PSU

It uses heat pipe technology (with some water in it), heat sinks and fans. The power supply is an external brick, so no cooling is required.

uh im pretty sure i saw a 3prong plug in the back which means its grounding the case,this means internal psu

A: The answer to all of the above is NO! Technically the Xbox360 is NOT water cooled in the sense that PC over-clockers use the word. In reality the Xbox360 will probably be using a heat pipe similar to the G5 based computers on the market today. Heat pipes are completely enclosed, require no Maintenance, and have no active internal components. Essentially it's a heat sink with purified water (or other liquid) on the inside. The water on the hot surface evaporates and rises to the top of the heat sink where it cools and liquefies, dripping back down to the bottom. This cycle repeats it self without the use of any active (electro-mechanical) components. One of the biggest benefit to this is because it is a thermal cycle without any active internal components the cycle continues until the heat source has cooled to room temp, even if the console is powered off! I should note that fans will still be used to cool the heat pipe externally while the console is powered on.

The pictures you saw were mockups, the ports in the back were blank and so they photoshopped all of the connectors.

ET: Is the power supply integral to the box? Or do you have a separate power supply in-line on the power cord?
TH: Some of the power delivery mechanism is internal to the box, but there is also an external power supply that delivers DC voltage to the box.

The external brick is nice because it will keep a good amount of heat outside the box.

...because the case is made of plastic.

There are certain countries that require a grounded power cable if the case is made of metal (like a PC). Since there are external portions of the 360 that are metal, it would make sense that if the PSU was internal it would be 3 prong to comply internationally.
