make sure you dO is connected good. and also make sure all the connections on the LPC is connected. also, you might have lifted a trace or pad when removing the adaptor.

Looks like that is what i did. When i pulled the d0 wire out i think that is the problem, because i have been trying to use a xapt3r for an xecuter on one of them and i get the same frag .... is there any way to fix this?

Nubbs the chances of damaging a trace while performing a solderless install are miniscule, particularly 3 times in a row. Any chance you were istalling the adapter and chip with the power still plugged in, but with the box off? Also which solderless adapter are you using?
