How To Change The Cameral View? Options

I got it last night and I really enjoy it. The Mini games are fun and challanging and the gameplay is what you would expect. The lead blocker takes some getting used to (you don't have to use it), and the field of vision is optional. The challanges do seen to be a coin toss, eg the guy was clearly out of bounds but the decision was that he caught it.

My major question, is how do you cahnge the camera settings, I can't find the option anywhere, can you even do it?
