Slim Xbox 360 For 2009, Could it be 100% True or Just Bull ? Options

I Saw a Couple Websites Talking about a New 360 a SLIM Version.
I Don't know if thats True So I wanted to see What you Guys Had to say About it.

Post Pics/articles opinions if you have any.



Microsoft looks like they'll be releasing a mid-cycle refresh of the Xbox 360 in the form of a more slimline model to sit amongst the boxes amassing underneath your TV.

This new incarnation will be possible on the back of the release of the Valhalla chip which combines both the computer and graphics processors and allows for the the innards of this new Xbox 2.5, or Xbox 580, to be that much smaller.

An excellent trick for not only boosting sales but also test driving the technology behind the true next generation Xbox console.

its not true and will never happen for a few reasons, theres too many cooling issues as there is, and something that would just increase those issues. then theres other things like it has to be big enough to have the wireless adaptor fit on the back (so it must be rounded as well like the current models) and will also need a ROL as thats microsofts symbol for the 360. it would also need to be wide enough to fit the current hard drives

also, if you notice, that picture is just a ps2 slim made to look like a 360

well it Would be Cool to See if someone On Here Makes themselves a Slim 360.

And Anyway If Microsoft Does Make a NEW Xbox Console, What YEar Will That Most Likely Happen?

And Are They EVER Going to Make a PORTABLE System Or Do They Just Not Like The idea Of a Portable?

Yeah, I'd say bull. Besides that is a slim ps2 like scuba156 pointed out earlier.

Microsoft will keep the 360 the same as it looks right now, however, it's internals will be forever changing until they can solve their god damn RROD problems!!!

i would hate to see Microsoft copy that off PlayStation who are the kings of reinviting their on crap to sell at a higher cost hell i wish they would make it bigger

And Yeah People That looks like A Slim PS2 With photoSHop, The Pic was just to bring up the idea.
Doesn't Mean It "Would" Look just like that One if they were even to make one.
