Signiture Request Options

I am requesting a signature to be created for me with someone that has talent, as my skills aren't up to par. Here is what i would like, but feel free to go against all this if you have a nice idea.

Theme: possibly a punk theme, or xbox 360 related
Colour: Preferably dark reds and blacks.

Must contain the words: Scuba156, scuba156.wordpress.com written in small letters in a corner.

I would like it to have a space for me to type in the latest topic of my blog posts in some way, or for it to grab the title from my rss feed here if thats even possible.

I guess for me to be able to edit the feed name easily, i would need the picture in Photoshop/Application used format, along with the the font/size.
