ok I am fairly aquainted with my box because I've done the 80mm led fan mod and the samsung 616T drive swap(my old laser went bad) but I have not the slightest as far as setting up dashboards and shiznit dealing with the software.

just started a new job and intend on installing an xecuter 3 and 200 GiG HDD but I don't know how to set everything up to rip games and play dvd's w/o remote kit type stufff...where can I find help taking my XBOX to the next level?

1) look for DVD2XBOX for game ripping

2) DVDX for dvd player

simple, install x3 + put hdd in, flash x3 3294, use x3 config live to setup new hdd, get aid 3, burn aid 3 to dvd-r. Boot aid 3, install unleashx, install dvd2xbox, install dvdx2 (xecuter).
