After FLYING through the download (I'm not sure what changed, but I got all 640Mb in 25 minutes, no joke), I was enraptured by the resurrection of our beloved TR1/2 Lara. This game is all I had hoped it would be (so far; 1 level won't tell what the story is like) and truly makes up for the 6-7 year gap of quality since TR3.

My ONLY gripe is that it's a port. I really want to see CrystalD step up to the plate and slam a nextgen only TR:L2 out of the park. However, I'm taking and running with what they've delivered. It's better than Core's last 3 or 4 offerings COMBINED.

I think I wasted 15 minutes just trying to do her dive. I got the vertical flip down pat (just hold A for a few seconds while hanging and she'll do it). I can't wait to find a cliff to dive off of into some water (water optional laugh.gif).

wish i could say the same, my download was taking so long that i stopped it twice because i was getting sick of waiting. its weird because i have downloaded demos twice the size in half the time it took for this one.

Yeah I really really was happy with the demo. Will be getting this game biggrin.gif

yeah my download took 4 hours :| i downloaded the 1.25 GB PGR3 demo in less than 45 mins

When were you downloading it? I started mine at 730pm EST and it finished right before 800pm.

I have Verizon FIOS. 30 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. I can download that demo in less than 4 minutes lol.


Anyway it sounds like I should Download it tonight and check it out!
