360 version: v5.0 (360S - trinity)
I installed a cygnos and TX coolrunner and everything was working until I tried to boot ggbuild

-When onboard nand is booting, coolrunner flashes green and console boots.
-When cygnos nand is booting, cool runner doesn't flash and console just has the green light on. Sits for an hour and nothing happens

I am not sure what caused this because it was working and all the sudden stopped. I can still read/write fine.

Check your wiring? Maybe touch them all up. You may have a cold solder joint somewhere.
