everytime i come on here to do a search i always get an error.

The search engine of the forum itself it offline at this moment. We're working hard on a new hardware setup that will allow us to enable searches again without affect the rest of the forum.
I meantime, please use the google sitesearch below - it's the google you are used to, but it'll search on this forum only.

Anyone else??

BTW i also have a topic in xbox audio/visual if anyone can help me out there.

They're doing exactly what they say they're doing. Just wait it out.

Yes we are all seeing the same issue. Many of the search results gives a page of links to hits, but its does not always give a good synopsis of the issue, so it take a lot of time to find what you are looking for. I have found that its better to start with google and search from there and give keywords that will lead you back to xbox-scene (ie, use xbox scene in your search).

Google search will yield more or less the same results, you just can't filter it as easily. And if you really don't feel like searching, go ahead and post it. People are gonna be a lot more understanding on here since the search feature is down. Well at least I am. I don't know about others.
