A dremel is hands down the best way to go. Don't use that hand cutter. Take this from someone with a bit of experience, it's crap compared to the oldschool method. Just get a dremel, name brand or cheap knockoff, and have at it. Incase you're not familiar with it, a dremel cuts with a rotating disc. The usually have them at hardware stores like Lowes, and Home Depot.

dremel hands down... like stated above, that talismoon cutter is pure crap

I would pick up a good tungsten carbide blade such as this one HERE

Go to you local harware store or any home depot / lowes / ace hardware and youll find a good selection of blades for your picking.

btw... good selection of drums wink.gif

Hahaha that's priceless. I'll give you a 10 for improvising, but a 5 for safety. I suppose that's better than using a hot soldering iron like people used to do for the jewel hole on the old Xbox. laugh.gif

Anyone ever try a RotoZip? Just wondering since it is made for plunge cuts and making holes in drywall (you'd have to use a smaller bit for a 360 case)

very possible

if you have never cut with a dremel before do some practice cuts on some cardboard so you can get a feel for it

Yeah man, deffinatly find something to practice on first. Nothing is worse than trying to fix a bunch of fucked up cuts. Also with all the curves and what not just cut a little inside your lines, sand the rest down by hand. Lots and lots of sanding will get you that perfect shape. The dremels have the little sanders but they just take off too much material too fast sometimes.
