PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!! Hi Guys I am new here

I was speaking to a friend and he said that i can get my xbox 360 slim 4gb flashed so i can play normal dvd's on it as well as backups for my games that get scratched so easily.......i live in redditch in the midlands is there anyone around that area who can do this service....i do not want to post it and will only bring it into the shop if they are local

Please someone help me!!!!
