I have a backup of MW3 that I burned with my iHas burner on a verb that worked before the silent update.
I made an image of it with imgburn then patched with the topology update and burned to another verb.
I get open tray error.

All of my original, non burned isos work on 3.0 after I patch but MW3 is the only game so far that I ripped from another disc and like I said, it didn't work.

Now is it because it is a once burned image or is it just MW3 that i'm having the problem with because I've read others having trouble with that particular game?

Re-rip from your original and patch that. Backup from backup talk is not allowed here.
