Does it mess up my RGH? I purchased a used RGH console, and I'd like to connect to my internet, but the previous owner locked the family settings with a passcode. I'd rather not have to keep guessing 1 of 1000 numbers.

  • nothing bad will occur by doing a factory reset.
  • you could simply open up your nand in 360 flash dump tool to get the passcode.

Thank you everyone. I simply dove in and found that ya'll are correct. resetting the passcode doesn't hurt anything else.
