While playing SmashTV from the XBOX Live Marketplace you will get a nag screen asking u to purchase the software or quit playing midway through the first level. Hit Start and then Start again to unpause the game and the Nag Screen will disappear allowing u to play through the game as if you purchased it. Achievements are not unlockable still however.
