I have a Ps3 with a dead Blu Ray circuit board. Does anyone know how to resurrect this thing or how to program another circuit board to work on the drive?

There's got to be a way to get the key off the original one and program it to the new one...

Hey mate, you can only remarry boards if you are on system software 3.55 or below, also you loose BD movie playback. However it is possible to remove, reball and swap the BGA package with the drive key info, etc on it to a new logic board.
